ROSEWOOD PUEBLA CELEBRATES MEXICO’S INDEPENDENCE DAY WITH A DELICIOUS WEEKEND OF CULINARY EXPERIENCES

Puebla, Puebla; Mexico (August 21st, 2018) - Rosewood Puebla, the renowned hotel that stands out for its philosophy “A Sense of Place” by embracing the roots and traditions of the historic destination where it is located, will celebrate to your very personal style the national holidays with a weekend of amazing culinary experiences that will enhance the gastronomic richness of Mexico

 

Located in the center of the emblematic city of Puebla and surrounded by imposing volcanoes and streets full of history and culture, Rosewood Puebla will begin the national holidays from midday on September 15. The menu of its restaurant Pasquinel Bistrot will become tricolor, placing as protagonist the typical Chile en Nogada, accompanied by margaritas, duck chalupas and tortilla soup. At night, the same restaurant will highlight the traditions of Mexico with a dinner buffet as extensive as it is exquisite.

 

The next day, Rosewood Puebla will be offering a special brunch for Independence Day. Cheeses, seafood, tacos, roasts, desserts and fruits will be lined up so that everyone enjoy the culinary pleasures of this country in an environment where it is easy to transport yourself to the past and to remember the history of Mexico with national pride.

 

On September 15th and 16th, the Café Azul Talavera restaurant will have a special menu to say goodbye to the season of Chiles en Nogada that includes, in addition to this traditional dish, bean soup and fritters for lunch or dinner Mexican with a view of the San Francisco temple and the streets of downtown Puebla.

 

This weekend of national celebrations could not be complete without a trip to Sense, A Rosewood Spa to relax with the Talavera Massage or the volcanic mud cure inspired by ancestral healing practices.
