An ideal setting to learn about local flavors and cooking techniques, Los Pirules Artisan Kitchen & Garden is equipped with multiple cooking stations to provide an authentic, distinct experience. The first station features a stone oven and traditional mesquite grill while a second station offers comales, or earthenware griddles, and clay pots that lend the region’s signature rustic flavors to dishes. Alongside the property’s culinary team, guests learn how to prepare local favorites such as barbacoa and cochinita pibil among other traditional recipes.
