Seamus brings new cooking styles and dining experiences to Rosewood Sand Hill, such as paella and grilled seafood poolside, live fire cooking and whole animal roasts.
A new beverage menu offers refreshing The Bad Stuff Tequila cocktails, including the Swim Club Margarita, made with Bad Stuff's Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, agave and lime for the ultimate paradisial experience.
