The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel announces Massimiliano Puglisi as newly appointed Hotel Manager

November 2016 – The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel is delighted to announce the promotion of Massimiliano Puglisi to Hotel Manager. In his new role, Puglisi will be responsible for providing leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring outstanding service is provided at the iconic Manhattan hotel. Puglisi most recently held the Director of Operations position since 2013.

 “I am extremely honored to be given the opportunity to advance in my career with Rosewood at such a legendary property,” said Puglisi. “I look forward to leading the operations team and providing our guests with the best service possible.”

Prior to joining Rosewood, Puglisi spent 10 years with Intercontinental Hotel Group in Spain, New York, Scottsdale, Washington D.C, Boston, Baltimore and Dallas. During that time, he climbed the ladder of success in Rooms Division from Assistant Manager to Director of Rooms. Prior to his time with Intercontinental Hotel Group, Massimiliano worked in London for three years.
