Our La Ceiba Mayan Garden boasts a variety of fresh produce and a Mayan Kitchen with a zapote wood fired oven and a Mayan Pib, an underground oven the Mayans used to cook their food. The 7 different kinds of chilis grown in our garden find use in almost every dish. The Chefs keep it simple and authentic.
