Located at the sand’s edge, The Sea Grill features a variety of cuisine. Guests enjoy grilled fare, fresh ceviche and shellfish as well as traditional Mexican tapas.
Waterfront tables beneath large umbrellas offer comfortable seating. Seating is also available at in-water tables and stools at the swim-up bar. The Sea Grill menu is also offered to guests who are relaxing in lounge chairs around the adjacent swimming pools. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
For the ultimate grilled food, The Sea Grill specializes in Cocina del Fuego. Dishes are cooked over fire on wood-burning grills and in a wood-burning brick and clay oven. This cuisine is fresh and simple, using two types of local woods to imbue the meat with different flavors, and adding little else besides fine olive oil and fresh herbs from the resort’s herb garden.
The Sea Grill is also home to La Marisqueria, an authentic raw bar and open kitchen providing one-on-one interaction with the resort’s chefs. Acknowledging Mexico’s love of open-air seafood restaurants, La Marisqueria at The Sea Grill offers a choice of raw and wood-fired specialties including ceviche, tiradito, aguachile and shellfish, made-to-order with the freshest seafood and ingredients all originating in Baja. Guests take a seat at the bar to watch the chef custom-prepare each dish.
