This British Pie Week (2 - 8 March 2026), Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London celebrates one of Britain's most beloved culinary tradtions: the classic British pie. A symbol of hearty comfort and stories craftsmanship, the pie has long been woven into the fabric of London's culinary identitiy. For one celebratory week, Rosewood London's Holborn Dining Room brings this timless icon to the table with refined flair, honouring the dish's much loved spirit through the best of british produce.
A CELEBRATION OF BRITISH CRAFTSMANSHIP
Holborn Dining Room Head Chef Ilona Perczyk and Pie Maker Laszlo Kiss present a collection of limited-edition pies that offer contemporary interpretations of beloved fillings, each crafted from carefully selected seasonal ingredients. From the comfort of a Free-Range Chicken & Wild Mushroom Pie (£29) and the elegant simplicity of a Trout & Smoked Haddock Fish Pie (328) to the indulgent depth of a Beer Braised Beef Ribs Pie (£33) and the luxurious treat of a Hand-Dived Scallop & Lobster Pie (£36), every dish has been concieved to honour the spirit of the classic British pie with a contemporary twist.
For thos seeking something bold and seasonal, a Lamb & Chargrilled Aubregine Pie (£29) offers a striking combination of flavour and technique, while the generously portioned Traditional Shepherd's pie (£56), designed to be shared, makes for a convival centrepiece at the table. The Montgomery Cheddar Cheese & Potato pie (£28) is a nod to the very best of British farmhouse produce and ideal for vegetarian guests.
Executive pastry chef Mark Perkins reintroduced his celebrated Rhubard Pie (£18) by popular demand, a nostalgic yet elegant finale that has become a British Pie Week favourite.
Throughout the week, every savoury pie on the menu is sevred with endless mash: unlimited helpings of velvety, creamy mashed potato, making the full Holborn Dining Room experience a true homage to British comfort at its finest.
THE PIE HOLE: TAKE-HOME CREATIONS
The Pie Room at Holborn Dining Room will offer a curated selection of pies for takeaway from The Pie Hole during British Pie Week, from Monday 2 March to Friday 6 March, between 11 am to 3 pm. Pies can be convieniently pre-ordered via the online shop for seamless collection straight from the hatch, bringing a little of Holborn Dining Room's British Pie Week magic into the home.
