February 2024 - Rosewood Phuket invites couples to immerse themselves in an evening of intimacy and gastronomy this Valentine’s Day with an exclusive In-Villa Romantic Dinner, presented in the comfort of their private sanctuary, on 14 February 2024.
Guests will be treated to a personalized dinner experience accompanied by a bottle of fine Champagne, set against the backdrop of a candlelit ambience and stunning views of Emerald Bay. The experience is enhanced with an outdoor bubble bath, perfect for unwinding under the stars on the private garden terrace, followed by a special turndown, ensuring a night of meaningful connection.
The three-course Valentine’s dinner starts with caviar and Champagne to set a tone of sophisticated indulgence, followed by a choice of appetizers from a selection that includes Burrata with Heirloom Tomato, Hamachi Carpaccio, Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio, and a sumptuous Seafood Platter.
The main course offers a choice between surf or turf grilled to succulent perfection on a charcoal barbecue accompanied by side dishes like grilled vegetables and baked potatoes. The Seafood platter includes Tiger Prawn, Seabass, Squid and Phuket Lobster, while the Meat selection features premium cuts including Lamb Rack, Crispy Pork Belly, and Wagyu Sirloin.
The gastronomic experience culminates in a choice of decadent desserts, ranging from Berry Pavlova and Warm Chocolate Brownie to a Coconut Pannacotta to an assortment of Artisan Cheese, a delightful end to a memorable dining experience.
Located along a stunning 600-meter beachfront at Emerald Bay, Rosewood Phuket, is a tropical paradise that blends innovative architecture with Thai influences, set within a lush natural landscape.
