Discover the Exquisite Taste of Chocolate Wagyu at Cuts
As the only restaurant in Cambodia to offer Chocolate Wagyu from Mayura Station, Cuts invites gourmets, culinary enthusiasts, and steak lovers alike to come and indulge in a truly inimitable flavor experience that has garnered global recognition.
Cuts, Cambodia’s premier restaurant at Rosewood Phnom Penh, is thrilled to be the exclusive purveyor of the acclaimed full-blood Wagyu Mayura Beef, also known as “Chocolate Wagyu”, hailing from Mayura Station in South Australia. As the only restaurant in Cambodia to offer this delicacy, Cuts invites gourmets, culinary enthusiasts and steak lovers alike to come and indulge in a truly inimitable flavor experience that has garnered global recognition.
Founded in 1845, Mayura Station is renowned for its full-blood Wagyu beef, which is celebrated for its distinctive flavor profile. This is a result of the cattle’s specialized diet. Unlike traditional feeding methods, the cattle at Mayura Station are nurtured on a unique blend of grains, and chocolate. This innovative diet imparts an extraordinary sweetness and tenderness to the meat, distinguishing it from other Wagyu varieties. The exceptional quality of Mayura Station's beef has earned its cattle numerous awards and accolades, solidifying its reputation as a purveyor of some of the finest beef in the world.
"We are delighted to be the only destination to offer Mayura Station’s decadent Chocolate Wagyu in Cambodia,” said Chef Jan Vandyk, Director of Culinary at Rosewood Phnom Penh. "A great flavor profile that is both unique and distinctive, this beef is the epitome of premium dinning, and we're proud to offer our guests a rare opportunity to experience this outstanding product right here at Cuts."
From fine dining connoisseurs to those simply searching for an unforgettably refined meal, Cuts is the exclusive destination for enjoying Chocolate Wagyu in Cambodia. The restaurant is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience with a focus on high-quality, unique ingredients and creative culinary techniques.
