FITNESS & WELLNESS: Enjoy expanded gym facilities with state-of-the-art equipment alongside yoga and Pilates classes in the open air palapa and floating fitness workshops such as HIIT and yoga in the sea. Rosewood Mayakoba’s Annual Triathlon returns for those looking to tap into their healthy competitive side with a swim, cycle, and run race and guests can learn to make their own organic body scrub and discover the principles of aromatherapy at Sense Spa for a complimentary primer on self-care rituals to practice in the New Year.

CULINARY: Chef Juan Pablo Loza and his team have an impressive lineup of feasts available in the resort’s three al fresco restaurants as well as the adults-only Aqui Me Quedo beach club and La Ceiba outdoor kitchen garden. Breakfast will be hosted at two locations including La Ceiba where comforting and traditional Mayan recipes and cocktails will be served to kick off a day of leisure. Guests also have the opportunity to have bespoke culinary experiences in the privacy of their suite and adjacent, spacious terrace.

Special Garden Dinners, a signature experience at Rosewood Mayakoba from Chef Juan Pablo, will be offered throughout the season that celebrate flavors of the Yucatán with produce grown on property accompanied by specialty cocktails, wine, and live music.

FAMILY FUN: Kids in the Rosewood Explorer’s program now have two locations within the property to enjoy special activities such as Movie Under the Stars, Gingerbread House making, talent shows, and special cooking classes in the La Ceiba outdoor kitchen.

HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS: From family-style meals including a Mexican Barbeque on Christmas Eve and a beachside visit from Santa Claus on Christmas Day, yuletide festivities abound followed by a New Year’s Eve Beach Party to ring in 2021.
