Rosewood Villa Magna Madrid and Rosewood Munich have joined forces to introduce the flavors of Spain to the heart of Bavaria. To mark the summer opening of the picturesque Palaishof, the spaciuous courtyard of Rosewood Munich, a special culinary experience awaits.
Francisco Sanabria, Executive Chef of Rosewood Villa Magna, has curated a delightful selection of his favourite tapas, available from May onwards. Guests at Rosewood Munich can expect a tastful journey with the "Madrid in Munich - A Tapas Journey" menu including a selection of Spanish wines and cocktails.
With nearly a decade in the Rosewood family, Chef Francisco Sanabria brings a wealth of culinary experience to the table. He began his culinary career with Rosewood Hotel Group at Abu Dhabi in 2014 and continued in the Caribbean at Rosewood Baha Mar and Rosewood Little Dix Bay. After his training at the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia, Francisco Sanabria began his gastronomic adventure. He learnt his skills and honed his style in renowned restaurants such as the **Michelin restaurant Moments in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona and the ***Michelin restaurant Sant Pau in Sant Pol de Mar and its Japanese **Michelin location Sant Pau Tokyo.
