Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi has announced that it will be partnering with sustainable food supplier Beck & Bulow to supply the property’s distinct dining venues, The Anasazi Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, and The Patio Restaurant, with premium products. Through this partnership, the property looks to continue its ongoing support of Santa Fe’s local farms and purveyors, providing guests with fresh ingredients that are true to the destination’s Southwestern heritage and supplied with the community in mind.
