Available at The Manor Bar, Miramar Beach Bar and Malibu Farm through Friday, February 14, the seasonal drinks include “Cupid’s Dart” combining Absolut Elyx Vodka, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lime juice and homemade wild berries elixir and the “Pink Señorita” with Olmeca Altos Tequila, Mandarin Napoleon, lemon juice, Fentimans Rose Lemonade and sea salt.

For those in search of a serene couple’s escape, Sense, A Rosewood Spa offers the ideal wellness retreat year-round, bolstered for Valentine’s Day by two heart-warming treatments available exclusively during the month of February. Couples are encouraged to begin their journeys with the Romance, Rosé & Rose Petals experience that includes a rosé-infused foot bath and scrub and a rosé-scented relaxation massage, followed by the Raspberry & Pomegranate Lifting Enzyme Facial that uses powerful yet gentle superfruit enzymes to exfoliate, resurface and rid skin of dullness for visibly improved texture, smoothness and luminosity. Each seasonal treatment concludes with a glass of sparkling rosé infused with fresh raspberry and a hand-poured Red Rose signature candle to enjoy at home. Four distinct courses are inspired by Verona, The City of Love and will include Yellowtail Crudo and Pixie Tangerine, Seared Day Boat Scallops and Seared Gold NY Strip Wagyu, among other delectable dishes. To commence the extraordinary culinary experience, guests will be welcomed with a champagne toast and one-half dozen Kumamoto Oysters per il Tavolo. For those who wish to celebrate in a refined yet laid back setting, Malibu Farm will offer lovers and “galentines” alike a farm-to-table, three course prix-fixe menu along with the restaurant’s regular a la carte offerings of fresh, rustic and simple dishes. Wine pairings will be available at an additional cost per person to complement the specialty prix-fixe menu.
