In celebration of Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 14, 2025, Rosewood Bangkok invites guests to an intimate 3-hour wellness workshop designed as a sanctuary for profound reconnection. Held within its G&O space and embracing the worldwide #ReconnectMagenta theme, this wellness event promises a journey towards inner balance and renewed vitality, guided by two of Bangkok’s esteemed local practitioners: Safe Sangthongsuk, a specialist in transformative Rebirthing Breathwork, and Arrissra Limpisthien, an expert in restorative Sound Healing.

Held within its G&O space and embracing the worldwide #ReconnectMagenta theme, this wellness event promises a journey towards inner balance and renewed vitality, guided by two of Bangkok’s esteemed local practitioners: Safe Sangthongsuk, a specialist in transformative Rebirthing Breathwork, and Arrissra Limpisthien, an expert in restorative Sound Healing.

In a world that often pulls us in countless directions, Global Wellness Day encourages a mindful pause to nurture the bonds that truly matter—with nature, oneself, loved ones, and the community. This wellness workshop at Rosewood Bangkok is an invitation to step away from the everyday and dedicate an afternoon to nurturing your well-being, rediscovering the power of connection.

The afternoon will begin with Safe guiding participants through a powerful Rebirthing Breathwork session. This practice is renowned for its ability to help release stored emotions and trauma, allowing individuals to reach emotional freedom and profound self-awareness.

Following this somatic healing experience, Arrissra will immerse attendees in a deeply restorative Sound Healing session. Using ancient Tibetan singing bowls and other resonant instruments, Arrissra will create a vibrational landscape designed to calm the nervous system, harmonize energy, and guide participants into a state of deep meditative relaxation, fostering a sense of peace and belonging in the present moment.

    • 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Sound Healing with Arrissra

  • Capacity: An intimate experience limited to 10 guests (open to in-house and external guests).
