Rosewood Bangkok presents unlimited dim sum lunch at Nan Bei
Rosewood Bangkok presents all-you-can-eat dim sum at an exceptional weekday lunch offering at Nan Bei for executives and shoppers in the city’s prime central business and retail district. Ideal for an informal business meeting or a lunch social overlooking the city, the meal features unlimited dim sum, complemented with a choice of appetizers, soup, and dessert, created by Beijing-born Executive Chinese Chef Matthew and his skilled culinary team.
The culinary journey begins with a delightful set of appetizers, including Black Fungus, Cucumber Salad, Poached Chicken in Sichuan Spicy Sauce, and Pork Knuckle marinated in five spice and soya sauce, setting the stage for an unforgettable Michelin Plate experience.
Following the appetizers, diners have a choice between the soul-warming Double-Boiled Pork Ribs Soup or the Hot and Sour Bean Curd Soup with Sea Scallop and Tiger Prawn.
The dim sum extravaganza for the main course features premium seafood presented in exquisite bite-sized morsels including Lobster & Shiitake Mushroom “Siu Mai”, Blue Crab & Black Truffle “Xiao Long Bao”, Shrimp Dumplings “Har Gow”, and Abalone & Glutinous Rice “Siu Mai”, all freshly steamed in traditional bamboo baskets.
Diners also enjoy unlimited orders of Rice Noodle Crispy Rolls with Shrimp & Caviar, Sichuan Shrimp & Pork Wonton, and Chive & Tiger Prawn Dumplings, as well as Turnip Cake and Egg Custard Buns.
The lunch experience ends on a sweet note with a choice of refreshing Chilled Mango Sago Pomelo or a platter of juicy Seasonal Fruits.
Located on the 19th floor of Rosewood Bangkok, Nan Bei serves an authentic Chinese dining experience amidst an art deco interior inspired by a traditional Chinese folklore of The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl.
The Unlimited Dim Sum Lunch is available from 12:00 noon to 2 p.m. every Monday to Friday except public holidays from June 1 – July 31, 2023. The lunch is priced at THB 1,250 nett per person, and promotional discounts are not applicable.
