Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi Unveils Exclusive Codigo 1530 Tequila
Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, the top boutique hotel in Santa Fe, New Mexico, has partnered with Codigo 1530 Tequila to offer guests a taste of a one-of-a-kind Anejo tequila, Sylvain Grande Réserve M+T.
Hand-chosen by the refined palette of Tomas Avila, director of food and beverage at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, the tequila has an elegant and expressive flavor profile, with hints of fruit mingling with oak and touches of vanilla and spices. Codigo 1530 tequila is noted for its fine barrels, and the Sylvain Grande Réserve M+T barrel has been handcrafted in France with French White Oak. After being used in Napa California to age an award-winning Cabernet, the barrel was sent to the Codigo 1530 Las Juntas distillery in Amatitan Jalisco, Mexico to be charred on-site. The tequila was then sent to Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi after aging in the charred barrel for eighteen months.

The exclusive tequila will be offered at The Anasazi Bar and Lounge and is best served neat or on the rocks. A perfect after dinner drink, the Codigo 1530 tequila will be included in the Tequila Tasting at the private Tequila Table.
