This summer, Rosewood London and GREY GOOSE Vodka are proud to unveil ‘La Terrasse by GREY GOOSE’, an exclusive alfresco retreat, bringing the spirit of a French summer to the heart of London.

Set within the hotel’s stunning Belle Époque-style courtyard, La Terrasse offers a vibrant summer escape. Guests are invited to indulge in long, leisurely lunches, relaxing sundowners, and exquisite evening cocktails, all accompanied by the warm hospitality of Rosewood London and the signature joie de vivre of GREY GOOSE.

Crafted with the same unwavering dedication to quality and the finest ingredients that define every bottle of GREY GOOSE Vodka, La Terrasse’s menu celebrates seasonal simplicity, with fresh, local produce elevated with the effortless French flair. Curated by Rosewood London’s Executive Chef Fernando Corona, in collaboration with Holborn Dining Room’s Head Chef Ilona Perczyk, the menu features highlights such as moules marinières finished with Chablis, shallots, and Beurre de Normandie, a salade niçoise with confit tuna, and sole meunière accompanied with a seaweed and pickled cucumber salad. All seafood served at La Terrasse is locally sourced and caught daily, ensuring the freshest flavours and highest quality whilst supporting responsible fishing practices. For dessert, guests can indulge in a decadent Paris-Brest with caramel praliné.

Each dish is thoughtfully paired with bespoke GREY GOOSE cocktails - from crisp, refined Martini cocktails to vibrant seasonal spritzes - designed to capture the spirit of summer. Signature serves include the Mont Blanc Martini cocktail, featuring GREY GOOSE Altius in an alpine-style martini cocktail accompanied by two fresh rock oysters and vinaigrette. The refreshing Spritz à la Pêche is made effortlessly light and effervescent with a delicate blend of GREY GOOSE, crème de pêche, St-Germain, peach & jasmine soda. Not to be missed, L’instant Glacé is the perfect accompaniment to a warm day, featuring GREY GOOSE, shaved ice and a refreshing burst of seasonal fruits with flavours changing weekly.

Inspired by the elegance of French courtyards, La Terrasse offers a beautifully designed outdoor space adorned with soft, flowing white parasols and a retractable roof – perfect for any weather. The stylish deep blue seating, designed by Frédéric Sofia, is inspired by the iconic chairs found in Jardin du Luxembourg. Around the courtyard, neat avenue-style planting creates a calm, intimate space that feels like a hidden retreat.

The terrace is finished with matching blue awnings and classic shutters to form a fresh, modern take on traditional French charm – perfect for relaxed alfresco dining. Additionally, the space features an intimate indoor dining area with seating for up to 60 guests, making it an ideal spot to unwind and savour the taste of France.

La Terrasse by GREY GOOSE is more than just a destination – it’s a celebration of style, craftsmanship, and the synergy between two iconic brands.
