Rosewood London Launches its Christmas 2018 Season With LEGOLAND

Upon arrival, families will be welcomed within the hotel’s Courtyard before being led directly to the entrance of their grand two-bedroom suite…while children wait in anticipation for their toy city dreams to become a reality.

To greet them are two loyal Queen’s Guards, complete with traditional, tall military hats which will open the doors into the Suite, where the cityscape of London and its most iconic landmarks are recreated, constructed solely from LEGO® bricks. Prior to the family’s visit to the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, the series of rooms provide residents with an exclusive preview of the experience with an educational journey through the entire city, complete with a rotating London Eye, Big Ben tower which chimes on the hour, an opening and closing Tower Bridge, and Buckingham Palace with a waving flag upon its roof.

With a red, blue and white colour theme reflecting the hotel’s British heritage and Sense of Place, many elements of the furniture within the suite comprise of LEGO® bricks. As children move into the living area, they are greeted by a custom life-size LEGO® creation of their own face, which they are able to take home as a personal memento of the unique experience.

In the evening, families can enjoy a LEGO® inspired British banquet by Executive Chef Martin Cahill, who uses his creative talent for making all courses hand-crafted in the shape of various LEGO® elements and characters.

The Christmas fairy tale continues into the next morning, where after a lavish breakfast in bed, a private helicopter is waiting to transport residents to LEGOLAND Windsor, where guests can hire the entire Resort exclusively for themselves, or enjoy a VIP experience with priority access to all rides and a private host to lead their adventure-filled day.
