Rosewood London Transforms ‘Dry January’ into an Elevated Wellness Journey
From this January, Rosewood London’s guests can experience a curated menu of functional non-alcoholic cocktail creations in Mirror Room including 'Zen' which harnesses the calming properties of CBD oil and a thoughtful blend of Seedlip Garden and Martini Floreale and 'Ginseng’, designed to enhance energy and mental clarity with a revitalising combination of herbs and fresh citrus, balanced with ginseng syrup and enriched with Ashwagandha for an energising experience. 'Lion's Mane' showcases the cognitive-boosting power of its namesake mushroom paired with Saicho Sparkling Tea and labdanum, whilst 'The Pathfinder' is crafted with Smiling Wolf Aperitivo, Pathfinder, and Rhubarb Soda featuring hemp botanicals and advanced nootropics for enhanced mental performance.
Meanwhile, at Holborn Dining Room’s Gin Bar guests can explore a selection of refined alcohol-free cocktails such as the ‘Mary Rose’, a homemade spiced tomato water and ‘Green Grove’ featuring Everleaf Marine, apple and basil juice. At Scarfes Bar, ‘No Booze No Cry’ offers a blend of Amarico, Raspberry and Lucky Saint whilst ‘Road Runner’ features Amarico, Martini Vibrante and Pear.
Designed to enable guests to enjoy social moments, these sophisticated and creative drinks prioritise balance and refinement, offering layered flavours that gently evolve on the palate.
