Within the restaurant, a special new dinner menu conceived by Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault will offer delectable dishes including Blue Hubbard Squash Soup, Seared Duck Foie Gras and Juniper Rubbed Venison Loin, as well as a decadent Pumpkin Cheesecake. The season’s most notable flavors will further be reflected at the Mansion Bar, where a custom cocktail menu will feature handcrafted concoctions boasting ingredients such as pumpkin, apricot and spice. A highlight of the new menu items, the Pumpkin Old Fashioned puts a timely twist on one of The Mansion Bar’s most coveted cocktails. Also debuting for the first time this fall is a signature Garrison Brothers Rosewood Mansion whiskey, created exclusively for patrons of the property. Developed by the Mansion’s culinary team in partnership with the Texas-based Garrison Brothers Distillery, known for its authentic, handmade bourbon whiskey, the single barrel will be available as part of The Mansion Bar menu while supplies last.
On Thanksgiving Day, The Mansion Restaurant will introduce yet another limited-time menu featuring innovative takes on all of the traditional holiday favorites. Available for reservations between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and priced at $125 per person and $60 per child, the menu will offer Blue Hubbard Pumpkin Soup, Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Organic Heritage Turkey and an extensive dessert display.

Providing an assortment of cookie shapes, flavors and toppings, the inspired amenity will take place every Friday and Saturday throughout the month of December from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Those looking for another opportunity to satisfy their sweet tooth are invited to enjoy an authentic Horchata ice cream, crafted from pastry sous chef Raquel Pacheco’s family “Agua de Horchata” recipe.
