On February 14 th, the resort’s oceanfront dining venues are serving up dedicated Valentine’s Day menus destined to delight. To complement the aperitifs, Executive Chef Massimo Falsini of the resort’s signature restaurant, Caruso’s has prepared a six-course Valentine’s Day menu inspired by the taste of Southern Italy. Headlined by indulgent dishes such as Passmore Ranch Caviar “Miramar Reserve” and Yellowtail Crudo with Pixie Tangerine, the limited-time menu offers ample plant-based options, as well.
