Rosewood Miramar Beach Offers Unique Wine & Spirits Experiences Locals Will Love

Rosewood Miramar Beach, Southern California’s premier ultra-luxury destination for discerning travelers and locals, has unveiled a selection of new resort happenings for the well-versed wine lover and the curious cocktailer alike in the coming months. The coastal resort invites the community this February and beyond to embark on a series of exclusive programming designed to bring friends and family together for shared luxury experiences. Join us as we sip, savor and spend time with the industry’s leading cocktail experts, esteemed winemakers and innovative vintners.

On February 27th, Rosewood Miramar Beach will present its inaugural Vintner Dinner in partnership with Guigal Winery hailing from the legendary Rhône region of France. Patrick Will of Vintus Wines will represent Philippe and Eve Guigal, the family’s third generation of winemakers, to carry on founder Etienne’s enduring legacy. Together with Executive Chef Massimo Falsini and Wine Director Daniel Fish, Patrick will pour a selection of white, rosé and rare red wines from the famed Guigal Estate, served in the resort’s elegant Founder’s Dining Room. The evening will begin with a welcome reception on the private outdoor terrace followed by a sumptuous six-course dinner menu designed to delight the senses and complement the distinct tasting notes of each vintage. The event will mark the first of six Vintner Dinners offered throughout the year, with each showcasing a prestigious winemaker or vineyard. $240 per person excluding taxes and fees. For those more inclined to sip on a seasonal craft cocktail, Rosewood Miramar Beach introduces its monthly Barkeeper’s Series. On March 11th, guests are invited to discover the world of Absolut Elyx through a palate exploration featuring classic cocktails with a twist. Led by resident spirit specialist and Beverage Director William Perbellini, curious cocktailers will learn tips and tricks on how to create perfect libations, with highlights including three specialty cocktails featuring Absolut Elyx, all served alongside light snacks in a convivial and interactive setting. As part of the Barkeeper’s Series, William will tap a dynamic range of famed mixologists and well-known spirit ambassadors with whom he will collaborate for each month’s event throughout the year. $75 per person excluding taxes and fees. 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in The Study. Also in March, Rosewood Miramar Beach introduces the first Tasting Table Dinner as part of a bi-monthly culinary experience in the estate’s intimate, handsomely appointed Wine Room. Offering only a handful of seats at the table, the series will highlight celebrated wine regions both near and far, beginning with “Great Wines of Northern California” on March 26th. Savor a decadent four-course dinner by Executive Chef Massimo Falsini showcasing the finest local ingredients from neighboring farmers and foragers, paired with remarkable wines from the night’s featured region selected by Wine Director Daniel Fish. Additional upcoming “Tasting Table” dinners include “A Tour Through Italy” (May 28th), “A Tour Through France” (July 30th) and “Old World vs. New World” (September 24th). $235 per person excluding taxes and fees. Meanwhile in The Manor Bar, the popular Wine Down Wednesday program continues on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Rosewood Miramar Beach is proud to showcase prestigious local wineries this February and March, including recent guest Grassini Family Vineyards on February 5th and Alma Rosa Winery slated to pour on February 19th. March will showcase the latest varietals from Presqu’ile Winery on March 4th and DAOU Vineyards on March 18th. Guests can mix and mingle with fellow wine enthusiasts as they explore new varietals paired with a selection of light bites. $30 per person excluding taxes and fees. 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in The Manor Bar every first and third Wednesday monthly.
