Rosewood Miramar Beach Unveils an Array of Festive Holiday Experiences

Today the property announces their full line-up of holiday programming, including dazzling decorations, special events, and an inspired array of specialty food and beverage offerings in celebration of the most wonderful time of the year. Spanning the month of December and featuring everything from a five-course Christmas menu to seasonal spa treatments, the resort’s carefully curated programming offers ample opportunity to gather over fine food, drink and fun.

Festive holiday celebrations and programming

The property will honor Hannukah from November 28 – December 6, and all are welcome to join for a nightly lighting of the Menorah at sunset to reflect together on the spirit of the holiday. Following each of the eight ceremonies, guests will be encouraged to enjoy the beautiful display at their leisure from the comfort of the resort’s Living Room, one of the property’s cosiest and most stunning spaces. Throughout the month of December, the magnificent public spaces of the resort will also be adorned with holiday décor and Santa himself will make socially-distanced visits around the resort. On December 11, The Manor Bar will host two-time Grammy winning artist, Steve Tyrell, for a special performance that will welcome guests and locals to kick off the festive season with entertainment, cocktails and light bites. Mr. Claus himself will also be doing a special Santa Drive-By around the Montecito community on December 19, making stops along his way at Coast Village Road, Montecito Country Mart, Butterfly Beach, and the property’s Miramar Beach Bar, waving hello and helping to spread holiday cheer. For those looking to make their stay even sweeter there are a range of holiday enhancements on offer, including a special Christmas Eve Turn Down amenity of milk and cookies for Santa, complete with carrots for his reindeer, all delivered to guests’ doors. The property also offers both personal Menorahs and options for monogrammed stockings and personal Christmas trees for those looking to celebrate in-room.

The property will also be serving an assortment of dining offerings to celebrate Christmas Eve, including a nod to Italian-American culture with a Feast of the Seven Fishes prix-fixe dinner menu at Caruso’s. Featuring locally and sustainability caught seafood, the menu will be served family style for diners to enjoy this time-honored holiday tradition as it was intended. The property’s other food and beverage outposts will be operating under normal hours, with some festive touches, including a menu of holiday cocktails at The Manor Bar and Miramar Beach Bar. The Christmas Eve dinners will be offered at Caruso’s from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., priced at $225 for adults and $85 for children ages four to 12. Children under four are complimentary. On Christmas Day, Caruso’s will welcome guests and locals to a bespoke brunch offering a five-course prix fixe menu composed of coastal-inspired festive cuisine. The Revere Room will also welcome guests to celebrate the exciting holiday morning with a Christmas buffet featuring popular holiday classics, seasonally inspired dishes, and local fare for breakfast and brunch. Both restaurants will be open for regular dinner service, with Chef Massimo adding special menu items inspired by the occasion. Both The Manor Bar and Miramar Beach Bar will be offering special holiday libations on their menu for the duration of the day. In addition to festive dining offerings, delightful holiday-inspired treatments will be offered from October through December at Sense, A Rosewood Spa. These decadent yet results-driven seasonal experiences range from a Ginger Snap Scrub and Massage, designed to melt away stress, to a Contouring Gua Sha Organic Facial, whose ultra-hydrating and anti-aging properties reveal a radiant glow. New year’s Eve celebrations

To bring the year and festivities to a close, Rosewood Miramar Beach will be celebrating New Year’s Eve with a black-tie soirée perfect for a variety of revellers. The property will be hosting a one-of-a-kind speakeasy-inspired New Year’s Eve celebration like you’ve never seen before in the stunning Chandelier Ballroom featuring numerous delights and surprises throughout the evening. In the spirit of giving back to the community, a portion of all proceeds from the event will benefit a local charity. Purchase of The Montecito Package includes access to the duration of the event from 8:30 p.m.- 1:30 a.m., a champagne toast, hosted bars from 8:30–10:30 p.m., elevated canapés and hors d'oeuvres, photobooth access, late night bites and more, along with live entertainment in the form of a band, DJ, and dancing. The Late-Night Package allows event access starting at 10:30 p.m. until 1:30 a.m., complete with a for purchase bar, complimentary glass of champagne, festive adornments, and late-night snacks. For those looking to add something extra to the experience, The Founders Package, The Ambassador Package, The Miramar Package and The Jameson Package are also available for purchase. For up to 16 guests, The Founders Package starts with an exquisite private dining experience at Caruso’s consisting of a multi-course prix-fixe menu with curated wine pairings. Following the decadent meal, guests will have access to private lounge seating at the Chandelier Ballroom event with dedicated butler service, premium champagnes and spirits, hand-shucked oysters, caviar and more. Available for up to 12 guests, The Ambassador Package offers the same Chandelier Ballroom experience as The Founders Package, without inclusion of the Caruso’s meal. For eight guests, The Miramar Package provides exclusive booth seating complete with Dom Pérignon, open bar, tray passed canapés, a champagne toast at midnight and late-night bites, while The Jameson Package offers the same inclusions for four guests.
