Rosewood Munich appoints Paulína Behánová as Spa Manager at Asaya Spa

Rosewood Munich announces the appointment of Paulína Beháňová as Spa Manager of Asaya Spa, the hotel’s holistic wellness destination in the heart of Munich.

Paulína joins Rosewood Munich from Fairmont Le Château Montebello in Canada, where she most recently served as Assistant Spa Director. She previously held positions at Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva, Switzerland, and brings international experience spanning Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Canada. Her background combines operational expertise with a highly personalised approach to wellbeing, shaped by experience across leading luxury hospitality environments and a focus on restorative and contemporary wellness experiences.

In her new role, Paulína will oversee the continued evolution of Asaya Spa’s wellness offering, including a newly launched collection of treatments and rituals designed to support guests at every stage of their wellbeing journey.

Rooted in Rosewood’s integrative approach to wellness, the latest Asaya Spa offering combines advanced skincare therapies, movement practices and restorative body rituals with a deeply personalised philosophy of care.

New experiences include The Aufguss Journey by Ground Wellbeing, inspired by traditional German thermotherapy rituals, alongside treatments focused on nervous system regulation, sleep support, menopause wellbeing, pregnancy care and restorative recovery. The spa also collaborates with globally recognised wellness brands, including Dr Barbara Sturm and EviDenS de Beauté, while fitness and mindfulness experiences include personal training, Pilates, yoga and sound bath sessions.

Luxury wellness has evolved beyond traditional spa experiences, with guests increasingly seeking treatments that support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and deeper restoration.
