The Journey to Resilience retreat will address all aspects of wellbeing; the physical, the emotional and the mindful, offering a tailored and personalized program to offer unique experiences including two and half hours of Kamlang Immersion, pedicures at the renowned Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio by Bastien Gonzalez, in-room aromatherapy bath, Khmer herbal poultice massage, mindful yoga and meditation session, sound healing rituals. The package also includes three nights in a spacious Mekong Suite and daily dining benefits.
“Consciously and unconsciously, resilience is becoming more important in our day-to-day lives – especially due to the global pandemic,” “Each Journey to Resilience retreat is designed to assist guests in recognizing areas of their lives they’d like to manage better and providing the tools and support they need to make these changes. Whether through physical therapies or authentic healing treatments for the mind and emotions, this process enables individuals to adopt an enhanced and more resilient lifestyle, resulting in a complete sense of self-acceptance.”
