Rosewood Phuket Announces a Festive Season of Culinary Spectacle and Tropical Splendour
From a vibrant Rosewood São Paulo culinary pop-up and artisanal collaborations to spectacular fire dances and a magnificent New Year’s Eve fireworks display, the resort presents an immersive holiday calendar.
Phuket, Thailand | November 13, 2025 – Rosewood Phuket is set to celebrate the 2025 festive season with a dynamic and immersive program of events, blending international flair with local culture. From late November through the New Year, the secluded Emerald Bay enclave will come alive with culinary adventures, atmospheric entertainment, and engaging activities for guests of all ages, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable tropical holiday.

From December 18 to 28, guests can savor the fresh, raw, and light flavors of Peru and Brazil, with a menu showcasing ceviches, tiraditos, and other South American delicacies inspired by Japanese techniques and enlivened with Latin accents.
The resort’s signature restaurants will host the season’s grand feasts. The Night Before Christmas at Red Sauce offers a festive-themed Mediterranean celebration with a vibrant open kitchen and live music. On Boxing Day, La Tavolata transforms the lawn into a rustic, Italian-style BBQ under the stars, culminating in a dramatic fire dance show. The local culture shines at the Ta Khai Festive Fair on December 29, a lively Thai village market experience hosted by beloved chef couple Auntie Yai and Uncle Nun.
The celebrations reach their peak with the New Year’s Eve Dinner, a spectacular culinary journey featuring a feast of local and international flavors. The evening builds with live music before a magnificent fireworks display lights up the midnight sky over the bay. The gentle start to the new year is assured with The First Bite of the Year, an expanded and restorative breakfast affair on January 1. Throughout the season, the resort’s atmosphere will be set by a calendar of holiday-defining moments. Every Sunday, the Advent Solstice Lounge transforms the poolside with curated DJ sets to match the Andaman sunset. At Mai Bar, Light Up The Night offers the live band enjoyed with handcrafted cocktails.
The resort will also host Philip Huang & Friends for an artisanal collaboration on December 27 and 28, including a hands-on indigo dyeing workshop and an exclusive menu of cocktails at Mai Bar inspired by exceptional Thai ingredients.
While adults find their moments of calm, the resort’s youngest guests can embark on their own adventures at the Rosewood Explorers club. The festive program is packed with creative games, a cookie decorating class, and the season’s most anticipated visit from Santa. Families can also gather for Christmas Movie Night, a classic festive film screening under the stars on the main lawn.
