Rosewood Sand Hill Celebrates Global Wellness Day with Family-Friendly Offerings
On June 8, 2019, Rosewood Sand Hill, the ultra-luxury hotel in Menlo Park, California, will celebrate Global Wellness Day - an annual, international initiative encouraging healthy practices in people of all ages and backgrounds.

The comprehensive Global Wellness Day offerings at Rosewood Sand Hill include an introductory evening meditation session followed by a customized wellness treatment at the hotel’s award-winning Sense®, A Rosewood Spa at Rosewood Sand Hill, and a vegetarian dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Madera. The following day, guests are invited to participate in activities including family sunrise yoga, guided hikes, aqua board fitness classes, mother-daughter spa treatments, healthy cooking lessons and mindfulness games and activities. To round out their visit, guests can partake in a morning family fitness challenge and partner yoga before unwinding with a farewell spa treatment of their choosing.
