Rosewood Sand Hill's signature restaurant Madera awarded 2021 Michelin Star
Rosewood Sand Hill, the luxury hotel set across 16 acres in Menlo Park, is pleased to announce that its signature restaurant, Madera, has earned a Michelin one-star designation for 2021 – a distinguished honor for the resort’s Executive Chef Robert Sulatycky and the restaurant’s culinary team.

The MICHELIN Guide is an international benchmark in gourmet dining that rates over 30,000 establishments using a rigorous selection process implemented across 30 territories across three continents. Inspectors dine at each venue anonymously to ensure objectivity before convening to discuss each restaurant’s qualifications. Upon completion of these deliberations, inspectors determine which restaurants should be retained in the coming year’s selection, and which are to be granted one, two or three stars. The 2021 MICHELIN Guide covers restaurants across the world and features an exclusive group of 90 restaurants in California.
