Rosewood Phnom Penh is delighted to announce the inclusion of CUTS Restaurant on the latest 50 Best Discovery list by the authoritative World’s 50 Best Academy of more than 1,000 international restaurant industry experts.
The sophisticated steak and seafood grill located on the 38 th floor of the Rosewood Phnom Penh received high praise from the Academy’s members, describing it as “a meat lover’s dream”, and acknowledging its wine vault with the largest collection in the country curated by Eden Gnean, Cambodia’s top female sommelier.
