The Lobby Bar Introduces Farm-to-Glass Cocktails
Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco leverages its idyllic location to offer guests and locals an impeccable F&B experience derived from the on-site organic kitchen garden. New this year, is a garden-to-glass cocktail menu capturing fresh produce such as carrots, celery and beets for its curated libations.
Notably, the Fragola cocktail takes center stage made with an ancient fruit native to the Alps – the strawberry. As a symbol of love, the strawberry incorporated into a Highball tequila-based cocktail offers a blend of fresh and savory, for a refreshing sip that tastes as good as it looks.
Additionally, the Carota is the perfect drink for vegetable lovers to enjoy a cocktail right from a carrot-shaped ceramic glass. This vodka infused cocktail is blended with fermented Sweet Vermouth, milk washed carrots and almonds from the garden offers a unique take on ‘garden-to-glass' libations.
