Mediterranean style Candlelight dinner at Asaya Kitchen
Significant others are wined, dined and romanced with a rendezvous at Asaya Kitchen this Valentine’s Day. To celebrate the spirit of love, Asaya Kitchen has created a tantalizing eight-course Mediterranean menu priced at HKD1, 380 per person with a glass of welcome Champagne to make the occasion extra special.
Date night at Bayfare Social
Couples can celebrate Valentine’s Day over an extensive selection of international cuisines and an additional variety of Valentine-inspired desserts with Bayfare Social’s delightfully romantic à la carte menu, perfect for lovers to share bites. Featured dishes include Prawn Cocktail with Marie Rose Sauce (HKD260), Lobster Salad with Heirloom Tomato, Burrata and Basil (HKD320) and main courses such as Short Rib (HKD380) and Turbot Meuniere (HKD380).

This loving and leisurely Valentine Afternoon Tea is priced at HKD898 for two with the option to add sparkling wine or Champagne to elevate the experience.
Butterfly Patisserie sweet indulgence at home
Sinful specialties take center stage for at-home indulgence on both 13 and 14 February, available from Rosewood Hong Kong's renowned Butterfly Patisserie. Chef Holger has prepared an Afternoon Tea set featuring 18 pieces of different delectable pastries for takeaway for HKD728 and limited quantities of cakes are available too. Chef Holger has even prepared a Japanese Strawberry Chiffon Cake 18cm in size for couples to take home for a sweetly special evening as well. The Afternoon Tea set and cake pre-orders may be placed at the online shop for delivery or self-pick-up.
Intimate moments at legendary CHAAT
This Valentine’s Day, CHAAT serves a nine-course set menu for HKD1, 288 per person, with an array of dishes showcasing Chef Manav’s refined takes on Indian flavours. The evening begins with his Scallop Moilee with Caviar and Tandoori King Crab dishes with a finale of Chocolate Shahi Tukda to sweetly round off the romantic repast. For an extra special flourish, diners can order CHAAT’s exclusive port wine from the barrel or enjoy a limited edition cocktail.
DarkSide & The Macallan Collaboration
Valentine’s night is made even more special for Rosewood Hong Kong guests with a special DarkSide delivery to guestrooms: an inimitable menu prepared by Simone Rossi - Assistant Beverage Manager of DarkSide with a one of a kind collaboration with The Macallan single malt whisky. “Memento” (HKD170) features The Macallan 12-year Double Cask, Cointreau, lemon, rooibos tea, Tonka bean and balsamic. Guests have the option to order it as a set with a Macallan 12-year Double Cask chocolate cake prepared by Chef Holger (HKD238) and a glass of “Memento” cocktail exclusively offered during Valentine’s Day weekend. Those who enjoy a simple glass of whiskey can order a special pairing for HKD180 that includes The Macallan 12-year Double Cask served with two pieces of Macallan 12-year Double Cask chocolate pralines also by Chef Holger.
A heartfelt Valentine’s Day at Holt’s Café
With Valentine's Day less than a month away, reservations are now being accepted for a delicious four-course Valentine dining experience at Holt's Café priced at HKD1, 888 for two persons. The set menu includes a choice of Salmon Gravlax or Burrata appetiser, followed by Chestnut Velouté, and a main course choice of Braised Waygu Short Rib, Seared Atlantic Black Cod or Mezzi Paccheri, crowned by dessert from Butterfly Patisserie.
Raising the bar on romance at HENRY
The ultimate Valentine’s Day celebration always features a candlelight feast over caviar and Champagne. On the most romantic day of the year, HENRY offers a six-course Valentine’s Day menu for HKD4, 888 per couple featuring caviar and Champagne to begin, followed by starters to share with soups for two, and main courses for two including Snake River Farm Tenderloin, Red Prawns Tagliatelle and Roast Seabass. Since sharing is caring, couples can both dive in to its award-winning New York Cheesecake, Eton Mess and Chocolate Fondant for dessert.
