Rosewood Hotel Georgia announces the reopening of Reflections: The Garden Terrace, the property’s al fresco rooftop bar and lounge in the epicenter of bustling downtown Vancouver. Officially reopening for the season today, April 4, 2019, Reflections is introducing a dynamic menu featuring returning classics as well as a selection of new Mediterranean-style dishes, ideal for sharing. Flanked with cozy cabanas surrounded by lush foliage, Reflections: The Garden Terrace serves as a luxurious retreat amidst the buzzing energy of the city. With seamless service and a chic ambience, Reflections elevates the typical patio experience, offering guests an elegant yet relaxed outdoor venue to enjoy the warmer months in Vancouver.
“When we started to plan this season’s edition of Reflections at Rosewood Hotel Georgia, we envisioned an outdoor supper club influenced by Mediterranean flavors and fresh, local ingredients” said Anthony Pratt, director of food & beverage at Rosewood Hotel Georgia. “This year, we enhanced the culinary offerings to complement the hotel’s innovative cocktail culture, lively music program and sophisticated vibe in order to offer our guests a euphoric experience.”
Reflections’ 2019 menu includes exciting entrees from the talented Rosewood Hotel Georgia culinary team, such as the Homemade Cavatelli with spring peas, lobster, mascarpone and herbs and the Canadian Beef Tenderloin with celeriac, heritage potatoes, cipollini onions, house au jus. These flavorful bites are perfect to enjoy in the warm weather along with a Watermelon Smash, a delectable blend of Grey Goose Vodka, fresh watermelon, Cointreau, mint, lemon or a Inception Negroni, made with Botanist Gin, Bianco Vermouth, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Negroni Ice Sphere. Guests can sip on an array of other creative cocktails, including the Secret Garden Fizz, a refreshing libation made with Botanist Gin, Dry Vermouth, pineapple, lemon, egg white, rosemary syrup, and soda as well as the Green Thumb Margarita, an innovative take on the classic Mexican drink mixed with Cazadores Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, freshly-pressed green juice, and a squeeze of lime.
