Santa Fe's Beloved Boutique Hotel is Partnering With Sustainable Food Supplier Beck & Bulow to Support the Property’s Dining Venues

Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi has announced that it will be partnering with sustainable food supplier Beck & Bulow to supply the property’s distinct dining venues, The Anasazi Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, and The Patio Restaurant, with premium products. Through this partnership, the property looks to continue its ongoing support of Santa Fe’s local farms and purveyors, providing guests with fresh ingredients that are true to the destination’s Southwestern heritage and supplied with the community in mind.
Located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Beck & Bulow’s high-quality meats are carefully sourced based on sustainable practices, livestock life quality, and taste. Beck & Bulow shares Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi’s commitment to community support and sustainability, and the team works exclusively with companies, small-scale local butchers, and farmers that are dedicated to doing the right thing–never cutting corners. The Beck & Bulow team offers partners a range of products including pasture-raised buffalo, beef, elk, wild boar, lamb, heritage pork, and poultry in addition to wild-caught seafood such as scallops, tuna, salmon, trout, halibut, and caviar.
