July 1, 2026

Rosewood Phnom Penh is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Moore as Managing Director. Bringing over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Moore joins the property at a pivotal time as it continues to strengthen its position as a benchmark for ultra-luxury hospitality in Phnom Penh.

AN INTERNATIONAL LUXURY HOSPITALITY LEADER

Having assumed the role of Managing Director on June 25, 2025, Moore brings a distinguished international career shaped by landmark luxury hotel openings, commercial leadership and award-winning operational excellence. Before moving into general management, he spent nearly a decade in commercial leadership, overseeing revenue strategy, sales and marketing, business development, and driving commercial performance across luxury hotels in Europe and Asia.

Most recently, Moore led the pre-opening and successful launch of Waldorf Astoria Osaka, overseeing one of Japan's most anticipated luxury hotel openings while introducing bespoke guest experiences and exclusive brand collaborations that reinforced the property's positioning as a world-class destination.

Prior to this, Moore served as the General Manager of Conrad Dublin, where he was recognized as Hilton's General Manager of the Year in 2023. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions across Conrad Seoul, Hilton Beijing and Hilton Belfast, building extensive expertise across operations, commercial strategy and people leadership.

Having guided luxury properties through periods of growth, transformation, and landmark openings, Moore brings a collaborative leadership style centered on empowering people, embracing innovation, and creating exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Drawn to Rosewood Phnom Penh's distinctive sense of place and reputation for excellence, Moore looks forward to building on the hotel's legacy while championing Phnom Penh's emergence as one of Southeast Asia's most compelling luxury destinations.

LEADING ROSEWOOD PHNOM PENH'S NEXT CHAPTER

As Managing Director, Moore will oversee all aspects of Rosewood Phnom Penh's operations, championing Rosewood Hotels & Resorts' philosophy of Relationship Hospitality while driving continued excellence across the guest, resident, and associate experience. He also aims to further position Rosewood Phnom Penh as a showcase for Cambodia's growing luxury landscape, creating distinctive experiences that highlight the country's culture, talent, and hospitality to an international audience.

"Rosewood Phnom Penh has established itself as one of Southeast Asia's most remarkable luxury destinations, shaped by an exceptional team and a strong cultural ethos," said Andrew Moore, Managing Director of Rosewood Phnom Penh. "I'm honored to join this remarkable property and look forward to building upon its strong foundation, empowering our associates, creating memorable moments for our guests and residents, and continuing to celebrate the rich spirit and culture of Cambodia through every experience we deliver."

Moore's appointment reflects Rosewood Phnom Penh's continued investment in people and purpose.
