Rosewood Phnom Penh Art Gallery proudly presents VARY, a duo painting exhibition by two acclaimed Cambodian artists, Nout Daro and Thun Dina, on view from October 21 to December 11, 2025. The exhibition explores transformation, connection, and the shared essence between humans and nature — a poetic reflection of how change shapes identity and the world around us.
Rooted in their personal journeys and reflections, VARY invites viewers to explore the contrasts between past and present, memory and transformation. The exhibition embodies the artists’ shared philosophy — that life itself is an ever-changing process of adaptation and discovery.
Their shared artistic dialogue converges in VARY, creating a harmonious conversation between nature and humanity — two forces in constant motion and transformation. The exhibition encourages guests to reflect on how both realms shape one another, offering a mirror into our collective responsibility and inner growth.
“At Rosewood Phnom Penh, we are proud to celebrate Cambodian creativity through VARY, a powerful reflection of transformation and connection. The works of Nout Daro and Thun Dina beautifully capture the evolving harmony between people, nature, and time — a true testament to the spirit of contemporary Cambodian art,” said Daniel Simon, Managing Director of Rosewood Phnom Penh.
Displayed against the elegant backdrop of the Rosewood Phnom Penh Art Gallery, VARY offers visitors a contemplative journey through color and form, exploring how art connects the past, present, and future. The exhibition not only highlights the evolution of two Cambodian artists but also serves as a testament to the country’s growing contemporary art movement.
VARY will be on view from October 22 to December 11, 2025, at the Rosewood Phnom Penh Art Gallery, located on Level 35. Admission is complimentary, and all artworks are available for purchase.
