The hotel's Executive Chef, Juan Bochenski found inspiration in Santa Fe's rich culinary history, as well as ingredients that he finds locally.
The Anasazi Bar has long been considered one of Santa Fe's most popular bars and is known for its Silver Coin Margaritas and classic cocktails. The bar also features a lounge area with additional seating and a dedicated tequila table. At the tequila table, guests can taste the restaurant's vast and impressive collection of premium tequilas, enjoy unique tequila and food pairings and participate in cooking classes with Chef Juan.
The bar and lounge features the Para Picar menu which includes a selection of fresh ceviches, as well as small plates designed for sharing.
