SANTA FE FARMERS MARKET

Our Executive Chef will escort our guests via one of Santa Fe’s pedicabs to the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market, where they will be greeted by Mark Romero of Romero’s Farms. Mark and our chef will lead our guests through the market gathering some of the regions freshest produce. After the tour of the Market, guests will be escorted to Bon Marche, a linen and lifestyle store located at the Railyard where they will have a lunch prepared by our chef and served on their patio.

This experience can be enjoyed by eight to twelve guests at a time.

SPIRIT DINNER

The evening begins with an escorted transfer to Santa Fe Spirits’ tasting room located adjacent to the Santa Fe Rail Yard where guests will be treated to a private tasting of their finest spirits. Following the tasting, guests will return to the hotel where they will dine in the hotel’s wine cellar from a menu that was created to complement the award-winning liquors. Both the spirits and Anasazi cuisine celebrate regional, organic ingredients for a dining experience that captures and accentuates the essence of the southwest.

This experience can be enjoyed by six to eight guests at a time.

HANDS ON COOKING CLASS AT SANTA FE SCHOOL OF COOKING

Our executive Chef will take guests on a culinary tour of the Southwest and Latin America with a hands-on cooking class where he will share a menu of his favorite southwestern and Latin American specialties. The class will be conducted at The Santa Fe School of Cooking which is an internationally acclaimed, recreational culinary school and market specializing in foods of the southwest. Following the class, guests will return to the hotel where they will be served a southwestern dinner with strong regional Latin influences in the Anasazi Restaurant.

This experience can be enjoyed by a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 12 at a time.

Exquisite, personalized dining experiences in exclusive locations combine seasonal ingredients, fine wine and top-tier culinary skills.

ROMANTIC DINNER

This experience includes a 5-course wine pairing menu incorporating foods that will heighten the romantic senses such as oysters, New Mexico chilies and chocolate. When the couple arrive, the mood is set in the Anasazi’s private Living Room with a glowing fireplace, room lit only by candles, faint sounds of romantic music in the background and the scent of New Mexico lavender.

This experience can be enjoyed by two guests at a time.

The hotel’s Executive Chef finds inspiration in Santa Fe’s rich culinary history, as well as in the fresh ingredients that he finds locally. Additionally, private dining is available for up to 12 guests in the restaurant’s exclusive wine cellar.
