Epicurean encounters offer guests superb culinary adventures to explore the new mexico landscape that is home to distinctive unique flavors.

SANTA FE FARMERS MARKET

Guests will be picked up via one of Santa Fe’s pedicabs and taken to the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market. Our Executive Chef, Edgar Beas will greet guests at the market with Nina Yozell-Epstein from Squash Blossom Local Food.  Squash Blossom works with Chef Edgar in providing the Anasazi Restaurant with local ingredients from over 25 farms throughout New Mexico. Nina and Chef Edgar will lead our guests through the market gathering some of the regions freshest produce and meeting the amazing farmers who grew it. After the tour of the market, guests will return to the Anasazi Restaurant where they will have a lunch prepared by Chef Edgar and served in the dining room.

This experience can be enjoyed by a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 guests at a time.

TEQUILA TASTING


Guests will taste a variety of distinguished premium tequila brands. A tequila expert will discuss the history and process of agave with a guided tasting. Tasting also includes a unique food course that will complement the experience.

BESPOKE DINING

Exquisite, personalized dining experiences in exclusive locations combine seasonal ingredients, fine wine and top-tier culinary skills.

ROMANTIC DINNER

This experience includes a 5-course wine pairing menu incorporating foods that will heighten the romantic senses. When the couple arrive, the mood is set in the Anasazi’s private Living Room with a glowing fireplace, room lit by candles, and faint sounds of romantic music in the background.

This experience can be enjoyed by two guests at a time.

Traditional Southwestern ingredients serves as the foundation for the Anasazi Restaurant which includes strong regional influences that enrich the time-honored fare and celebrate Santa Fe’s vibrant communities. Executive Chef Edgar Beas finds inspiration in Santa Fe’s rich culinary history, as well as in the fresh ingredients that he finds locally. Respect and appreciation of local fare is truly embodied at the Anasazi restaurant.  Additionally, private dining is available for up to 12 guests in the restaurant’s exclusive wine cellar.
