Deep tissue massage focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, addressing chronic or persistent discomfort by disrupting patterns of tension, reducing pain and stiffness, and encouraging a speedier recovery after injury or sport.

A system of energy healing originating in Japan. Reiki Energy is flowed through an attuned therapist's hands to differing areas of the body according to an energy assessment. Reiki works to improve all conditions, be they physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Reiki is used around the globe in complement to Western medicine. The client remains clothed for the duration of the treatment.
The therapist will arrive at your guest room roughly 15 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment start time to set up. Please allow 15 minutes following treatment completion for the therapist to clean and vacate your guest room.
