Taxes

All prices are quoted in Euros, per room, per night, based on double occupancy, and include VAT (10%). Rates are subject to change should there be any adjustment in taxation. A city tax of EUR 3.96 per adult, per night, will be added to the room rate.

Deposits & Cancellations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. 

Upon confirmation, our Reservations Department will provide a secure payment link to complete the online transaction, alternatively card will be debited. 

A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm the booking, the remaining 50% when booking enters the cancellation period.

Cancellation Terms:

• For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, 10% of reservation amount will be forfeited.
• For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows after the stated deadlines will result in the corresponding penalty charge. Please note that group bookings, special offers, certain dates of stay, and room categories may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m.

Smoking Policy

Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin maintains a smoke-free environment in all indoor areas, as part of our commitment to the well-being of our guests and associates. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes (including electronic cigarettes), vape pens, and e-cigars. 

Extras

A baby crib is available free of charge in selected room categories for guests aged under 3 years old.
