Taxes

All prices are quoted in Euros, per room, per night, based on double occupancy, and include VAT (10%). Rates are subject to change should there be any adjustment in taxation. A city tax of EUR 3.85 per adult, per night, will be added to the room rate.

Deposits & Cancellations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Card details will be used for guarantee purposes only. Upon confirmation, our Reservations Department will provide a secure payment link to complete the online transaction. A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Terms:

• High Season: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
• Low and Shoulder Season: Cancellations must be made no later than 3:00 p.m. (local hotel time), 61 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty equivalent to 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total stay.

Any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows after the stated deadlines will result in the corresponding penalty charge. Please note that group bookings, special offers, certain dates of stay, and room categories may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is before 12:00 p.m.

Smoking Policy

Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin maintains a smoke-free environment in all indoor areas, as part of our commitment to the well-being of our guests and associates. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes (including electronic cigarettes), vape pens, and e-cigars. 

Extras

An extra bed is available free of charge in selected room categories for guests aged 12 and below. Should this policy not be respected, the hotel reserves the right to apply an additional nightly charge at the agreed rate. For any additional adult, a nightly supplement of EUR 100 will apply.

Children policy

Children aged 13 and above are considered adults.
