On March 6, 2025, Lennon's speakeasy will host a one-night-only guest shift featuring Suchi, Bar Manager of ZLB23, India’s Best Bar, ranking 40th in Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
Renowned for its boundary-pushing cocktails, ZLB23 is a powerhouse of diversity and inclusion, with 80% of its team made up of women who are driving the industry forward. Their cocktail menu, inspired by Prohibition and Japanese influences, is a collection of unique flavors and captivating stories. As part of Lennon’s Guest Bartender Series, guests can experience a menu that celebrates the women redefining bartending, with Suchi showcasing her world-class expertise.
