Director of Bars

KT Lam

With over 11 years of award-winning experience, KT Lam oversees the beverage programs at Lennon’s, Nan Bei and Lakorn, aiming to infuse new energy and innovation into Bangkok's vibrant bar scene. His impressive track record includes leading DarkSide at Rosewood Hong Kong to 9th place on Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2023 and Sora at Rosewood Phnom Penh to rank 65th on Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2025.

KT brings Thailand's stories to life through creative cocktails and collaboration with local innovators. He is passionate about crafting personalized guest experiences and leveraging the narrative power of each drink, solidifying Rosewood Bangkok's reputation for exceptional mixology.

 

 

 

Bar Manager

Kosil Kamja (James)

With seven years dedicated to honing his skills, James brings a wealth of expertise and a spirit of innovation to Lennon's. Before joining the Rosewood Bangkok team, he made his mark as Head Bartender at Crimson Room. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Bartender at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok’s Firefly Bar.

 

Originally hailing from Ratchaburi, James has consistently pushed the boundaries of his craft, earning him significant industry recognition. He was named Emerging Bartender of the Year at the Bangkok Bar Show in 2025.

 

People may step into Lennon’s for the aesthetics or the playlist, for a great cocktail or the city lights—but they return because of James, whose presence behind the bar turns a night out into something personal.
