Spanning 200 square meters, the Kauri Cliffs Two Bedroom Villa is fully equipped for families and groups eager to create lifelong memories. Sip your morning coffee on the sun-soaked terrace with breathtaking ocean views next to the infinity pool and jacuzzi. Dine until the stars come out, in the westward courtyard, enclosed by a luscious tropical garden.

The Primary Wing, has a grand bedroom with a king-size bed, fireplace, and ample space for your belongings with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. A second bedroom continues the villa's charm with its own fireplace, walk-in wardrobe, and generous bathroom.

Taxes

Room Rates are inclusive of 15% Government Goods and Services Tax.

Deposit

For 3 rooms or less, a one-night deposit is required to confirm a reservation, and a valid credit card must be held on file to maintain a secured reservation.

To maintain a confirmed reservation between December 15th to January 5th , full payment is due 1 September, and is non-refundable on cancellation.

Reservations of 4 + rooms are considered a group and booking conditions apply. Group bookings are taken at the sole discretion of the property and additional conditions may apply. 

Cancellation

For stays (3 rooms or less) between May 1st to September 30:

• Cancellation outside 31-days of arrival will incur a $250 booking administration fee. This will be deducted from the deposit paid, and the balance of funds returned. 
• Up to 31 days prior to arrival you may postpone travel dates to a revised stay date within six-months of the original booking and the full deposit will be transferred. 
• Cancellation between 31 and 15-days of arrival will result in a 50% charge for room nights cancelled.
• From 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation will result in the full charge for room nights cancelled.

For stays (3 rooms or less) between April 1st – 30th , October 1st to December 14th and January 6th to March 31st :

• Cancellation outside 90-days of arrival will incur a $250 booking administration fee. This will be deducted from the deposit paid, and the balance of funds returned. 
• Up to 61 days prior to arrival you may postpone your travel dates to a revised stay date within six-months of the original booking and the full deposit will be transferred.
• Cancellation between 90 and 61-days of arrival will result in a 50% charge for room nights cancelled. 
• From 60-days prior to arrival, cancellation will result in the full charge for room nights cancelled.

For stays (3 rooms or less) between December 15th to January 5th ,

• Cancellation prior to 1 September will incur a $250 booking administration fee. This will be deducted from the deposit paid, and the balance of funds returned.
• Cancellation from 1 September to date of arrival will result in the full charge for room nights cancelled.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bank transfer. A 2.6% convenience fee will be applied to payments made by credit card.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 2 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. For early check in or late check out are subject to availability and upon request. Luggage storage service is provided if needed and guests are welcome to use the lodge facilities.

Transfers

Rosewood Kauri Cliffs offers a private transfer which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee applies.

Additional Person Policy

Rosewood Kauri Cliffs is a child-friendly resort and offers a range of services for children of all ages. Cribs are available complimentary for children up to the age of 24 months. Children aged 2 - 5 years are charged at NZ$250.00 plus 15% Government Goods & Services Tax per night when occupying adult's room using existing or additional bedding. A charge of NZ$745.00 plus 15% Government Goods & Services Tax per night will apply for the additional person/bed for children 6 years and over.
