Resort Closure

Rosewood Phuket will close August 15 – September 30, 2024 (inclusive). During this time, we will be revitalizing the Resort’s main pool and pathways. We will also take this opportunity to carry out preventative maintenance works to ensure your exceptional experience upon our re-opening on October 1, 2024. Two persons is the maximum capacity for Garden Pool Pavilion, Partial Ocean View Pool Pavilion, Lagoon Pool Pavilion, Partial Ocean View Pool Villa and Beachfront Pool Villa
Four persons is the maximum capacity for Partial Ocean View Pool Pavilion Two Bedrooms, The Beach House and The Ocean House
Six persons is the maximum capacity for Coral House
Eight persons is the maximum capacity for Palm House
Guaranteed early check-in before 9:00am can be arranged at an additional cost of one night based on the Hotel Website's Flexible Rate, Check-in between 09:00 hrs. to 14:00 hrs. will be 50% of one night based on the Hotel Website's Flexible Rate
Guarantee late check-out until 18.00hs can be arranged at an additional cost of 50% of one night based on the Hotel Website's Flexible Rate. Late check-out from 18:00hrs onward will charged at 100% of one night based on the Hotel Website Flexible Rate. Check-in: 3 p.m.; Check-out: 12 noon
The actual credit card provided at the time of booking must be presented upon check in and the credit card holder must be the same as the guest checking in. The Hotel does not accept third person/party credit card.
Rosewood Phuket is an HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certified hotel, following strict food safety systems. To ensure the compliance and well-being of all our guests - it is prohibited to consume food ordered from an outside vendor in the hotel outlets, or reheat and serve through In-room dining.

Family Policy

Children up to 12 years of age stay free in the same room as a paying adult, using existing bedding. Breakfast for the child is also inclusive.
Rollaway: Up to one roll away at no additional charge can be placed in a King bedded room for a child 12 years of age and younger. Breakfast for the child is also inclusive. Cribs are complimentary.

Extra Person Fee through 31 December 2024

For a person 13 years of age and older, THB 5,000+++ per person, per night excludes 18.7% tax and service charge - this is inclusive of one extra bed and daily breakfast. For children 12 years old and younger, a rollaway bed or baby cot is provided free of charge and includes daily breakfast.

Festive Season Policy and Conditions

Minimum five nights stay between 20 December - 3 January (minimum night stay and dates are subject to change without advance noticed)
The New Year's Eve Dinner & Countdown is on 31 December 2023, 8 pm - late. (THB 21,000++ per Adult; THB 10,500++ per child between 6-12 years old; Complimentary for children 5 years old and younger)
Reservations will not be accepted with check-out date on 31 December

Pet Policy

Rosewood Phuket offers a special welcome for your four-legged best friend. To ensure your dog enjoys a memorable stay at our secluded beach side resort we have created some special amenities, menus and services.

Pets are welcome to stay in our Villas accommodations only, excluding Coral House and Palm House
A pet supplement of THB 1,500 net will be charged per dog, per night
Each room allows one pet maximum up to a weight of ten (10) kilograms/twenty-two (22) lbs
Pets are not permitted in any restaurant outlets, spa, pool and fitness facilities in Rosewood Phuket
No pet swimming or pet bathing allowed in the pool or bath tub
Pets should always be kept on a leash
Pet guardians should pick up any "deposits" left by their pets
Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Guarantee and cancellation policy vary based on the each rate and promotions
No-Show Fee is 100% of the full stay plus tax
Early check-out fee is 100% of full stay plus tax (for non-emergency early departures)

For the following dates - reservations must be 50 percent non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and cancelled by 6 p.m. hotel time 60 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 100% of full stay plus tax. If the stay period falls over 31 December, a penalty charge will be applied to the NYE Gala dinner. A penalty charge is also applied for the late cancellations, early check out and no shows.
