Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Chef Luigi Troise brings over 14 years of experience from five-star establishments across Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Korea, and Hong Kong.
His culinary passion ignited during his teenage years at a local Italian bistro—a formative experience that set the stage for his culinary journey. Throughout his career, Chef Luigi has honed his craft with prestigious hotel groups, deepening his commitment to authentic Italian cuisine.
Notably, he was part of the pre-opening team at BluHouse, Rosewood Hong Kong, as Senior Sous Chef. Chef Luigi now leads the culinary team at Red Sauce, Rosewood Phuket’s signature Italian restaurant, where he shares the rich flavors and traditions of his Italian heritage.
