For an unforgettable stay at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, the Kaiser Franz Joseph Four Bedroom House is the property's largest residence spanning over 260-square-meters. Situated on the upper floors of the castle, the house has spacious terraces with breathtaking views overlooking Lake Fuschl and the surrounding landscapes.

Taxes

Room rates are including 10% Valued Added Tax.

Rates are subject to municipal tax of  EUR 3,50 per adult per night.

Deposit & Cancellation

The resort’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is received 1 day prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to the rate and taxes for one night.

All House and Chalet accommodations require any cancellation or amendment be made 14 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a penalty charge equivalent to the rate and taxes for two nights.

For reservations between July 01 and August 31, a deposit of 100% of the room rate and applicable taxes is required 28 days prior to arrival. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, reservations must be canceled 28 days prior to arrival.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12 noon on the day of departure. For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-registration conditions may be requested in order to guarantee the room is available upon arrival. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.

Transfers

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl offers a private transfer which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee applies.

Additional Person Policy

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is a child-friendly resort and offers a range of services for children of all ages. Children 14 years and under may stay in their parent’s room in existing bedding at no additional cost, EUR100 charge applies for any third person 15 years old and above staying in the room. Based on maximum occupancy per accommodation.

Pet Policy

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is a pet-friendly hotel. Pets on a leash are welcome throughout the property, except parts of the Schloss Restaurant, the See Club, Sisi Teesalon, spa, fitness center and pool areas. Certified service animals are exempt.
