Set within a historic backdrop, this exceptional dining experience celebrates two extraordinary milestones: the 270th birthday of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the 270-year legacy of the House of Riedel—enduring emblems of Austria’s cultural and artisanal heritage.
In partnership with Dom Pérignon, the evening unfolds as a harmonious encounter of champagne, gastronomy and music. Guests are welcomed with an aperitif on the Schloss Bar terrace before indulging in a meticulously curated five-course dinner, with each course paired with rare Dom Pérignon vintages.
A highlight of the evening is the personal presentation by Amine Ghanem, Winemaker of Dom Pérignon, who introduces Dom Pérignon 2017, Dom Pérignon Rosé 2010 and Dom Pérignon P2 2008, offering insight into the maison’s vision and craft. The experience is further elevated by the presence of Maximilian Riedel, bringing Austrian glassmaking artistry to the table through perfectly matched Riedel stemware.
Musical interpretations by artists of the Mozarteum lend the evening a refined cultural resonance, honouring Mozart’s legacy in a contemporary spirit. Thoughtfully composed and beautifully balanced, this is an experience to be savoured—where great masterpieces meet in timeless surroundings.
