Heidi Marie Hoelzer is a passionate movement teacher and Hormone Yoga Therapist, based between London and Munich. Known for her intelligent, uplifting, and deeply supportive approach, she blends yoga, barre, and Pilates into practices that feel both energizing and grounding. Day 1: Arrival at Schloss Fuschl & Grounding
4:00 pm – Opening Yoga: Grounding Flow
A gentle yoga session in the Glas Salon, focusing on breathwork, grounding movement, and intention setting.
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Spa Immersion
Time to unwind at the Asaya Spa with optional, pre‑booked treatments scheduled in rotations.
7:30 pm – Dinner
A relaxed group dinner featuring light, nourishing cuisine.
9:30 pm – Optional Drinks at the Bar
An informal gathering to unwind and connect over drinks.
Day 2: Movement, Nature & Integration
7:30 am – Morning Movement
An energising morning session combining yoga and Pilates‑inspired movement to awaken the body.
8:30 am – 10:30 am – Individual Breakfast
Leisurely breakfast enjoyed at your own pace.
10:30 am – Alpine Lake Excursion (weather permitting)
A mindful journey around Lake Fuschl, combining a scenic boat ride to Fuschl with gentle lakeside walking back to the property. The experience invites deep nature connection, unhurried movement, and panoramic alpine views, allowing the landscape to unfold at a calm, natural pace.
1:00 pm – Light Lunch at Seeterrasse
A relaxed lunch featuring light, nourishing dishes overlooking the lake.
4:30 pm – Integration Movement: Restore & Release
Restorative practice with deep stretching, nervous‑system regulation, and guided relaxation.
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Spa Treatments & Free Time
Time for signature spa treatments or free use of the Asaya Spa facilities.
7:30 pm – Dinner at Schloss Restaurant
An elegant evening meal in the refined setting of the Schloss Restaurant.
Day 3: Farewell
7:30 am – Morning Yoga Flow
A gentle morning flow to awaken the body, cultivate ease, and set a calm, focused tone for the day.
7:30 am – 10:30 am – Individual Breakfast
Leisurely breakfast enjoyed at your own pace.
11:00 am – Closing Circle & Departure
A final gathering to reflect, integrate the experience, and say farewell before departure.
