Guarantee Policy
- Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
Cancelation Policy
- Reservations must be cancelled by 3 pm local hotel time 14 days before arrival to avoid a penalty of 1-night room and tax.

- Please note that there is an additional charge of EUR 3,50 per adult per night.
