Bring the whole family together for Thanksgiving dinner at the Anasazi Restaurant. The newly redesigned Anasazi Restaurant offers the perfect setting for families looking to celebrate the holiday in the historic city of Santa Fe. Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has created a delectable three-course Prix Fixe menu featuring many Thanksgiving favorites touched with hints of Southwestern flavors. The meal begins with a festive Smoky Pumpkin Bisque with parmesan foam and bacon jam follow by a traditional Organic Roast Turkey served with Green Chile Stuffing, Pancetta Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potato Gratin. Complete the meal with a holiday favorite, Pecan Pie with pumpkin custard and cinnamon chantilly. 

The Anasazi Restaurant’s Thanksgiving Prix Fixe Menu will be served from 11:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. The three course menu is priced at USD95 for adults and USD45 for children, 12 years and under.

For families who want to enjoy Chef Juan’s creations in the comfort of their own home, the Anasazi Restaurant offers a Thanksgiving To-Go Menu which features a full range of appetizers, main courses and desserts for 4-6 guests.

The Thanksgiving To-Go menu offers both a prix fixe menu for USD140 and a la carte menu at USD80 for the turkey and USD20 for each additional side.

Join us on the Patio for hot chocolate this holiday season. Starting November 27th and running through the holiday season, the Anasazi Restaurant will be serving hot chocolate and holiday snacks Thursdays through Saturdays, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., with extended hours for the Plaza Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, November 27th and Christmas Eve.

Casa Dragones Tequila Pairing Dinner

The Anasazi Restaurant celebrates the arrival of Casa Dragones in New Mexico by hosting a four-course dinner with expert tequila pairings.

The Anasazi Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is the first restaurant in New Mexico to carry one the world’s most prestigious tequila brands, Casa Dragones. To celebrate this exciting new addition to the restaurant’s already elite tequila selection, the Anasazi Restaurant and Casa Dragones will host a four-course dinner on December 10th, featuring a menu of artfully prepared dishes paired with and inspired by Casa Dragones tequilas. This once in a lifetime dinner will showcase Casa Dragones Joven and Blanco tequilas alongside Executive Chef Juan Bochenski's Southwestern flavors. 

The menu begins with a delicate Ceviche De Ghuachinango with leche de tigre, rocoto pepper and sweet onions, followed by two traditional Latin inspired main courses. Diners will enjoy Tacos Al Pastor partnered with pineapple and achiote in addition to Carne Asada paired with mushroom chilaquiles and tinga poblana. To end the meal on a sweet note, Chef Juan will prepare Sorbet De Tamarindo with agave nectar and compressed melon.

Christmas Eve Dinner

Join Executive Chef Juan Bochenski at the Anasazi Restaurant for Christmas Eve and enjoy a special amuse bouche menu inspired by traditional Christmas dinner ingredients and local Southwestern flavors.

Guests will be presented with four brand new dishes conceived specially for the holidays, including lobster with green apples topped with horseradish and caviar, quail paired with pearl barley and local mushrooms, and elk with butternut pumpkin ravioli and brussel sprouts. Guests will then be treated to a sweet dessert of Rhubarb Pie topped with vanilla cream and berry sauce.

The Anasazi Restaurant’s Christmas Eve Menu is set at USD 105 per person and will be served in two seatings, the first from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and the second from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Christmas Day

Celebrate the holidays at the renowned Anasazi Restaurant by enjoying a delicious three-course prix fixe Christmas dinner filled with local seasonal ingredients and bright, Southwestern holiday flavors, created by Chef Juan Bochenski.

The Christmas meal will begin with a festive Patagonian stew soup made with lamb and root vegetables, called a carbonada navidena. This is followed by a selection of entrées, including a veal braised shank served with a creamy rajas polenta and lentils du puy, and a beef wellington accompanied by wild mushroom purée and green chile potatoes. Finish with a classic rhubarb pie complete with vanilla cream and berry sauce or a saffron pear and pistachio cake topped with camomille sorbet and orange gel.

The Christmas Day three course menu will be served all-day, with five seatings from 11:00 a.m. through 8:30 p.m. The menu is priced at USD 95 for adults and USD 45 for children, 12 years & under.
