The Santa Fe Opera promises yet another outstanding season this summer with the production of five stunning new performances. To help guests prepare for an extra-special night out at the Opera, the Anasazi Restaurant has created a special Opera Pre-Fixe Menu to enhance the theatrical journey. Whether dining on the Inn’s patio against the bright Santa Fe sunset, or in the restaurant’s brand new lounge area or intimate dining room, guests can choose their own a three-course dining experience from a variety of options and further please their palettes with bespoke wine pairings. Menu highlights include a locally-grown Alcalde Heirloom Tomato and Palm Hearts Salad as an appetizer, followed by the mouthwatering dishes like the Achiote Almond Crusted Salmon or Peruvian Dumplings. Just before call time, guests can finish dinner on a sweet note with a choice of Flan & Dulce de Leche or Local Honey Crisp Apple Tart.
